How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up for a membership right from the homepage of our website: www.breakfreefitness.com! Or you can sign up directly through our Break Free Fitness app! Simply select the membership plan that you want based on the number of weekly training sessions and types of training you want. Then create your account, sign the liability waiver and setup your payment and you’re done! Clients typically get all signed up in under 5 minutes!

How do I reserve my spot in a training session?

You can quickly and easily reserve your spot for your next incredible training session through your account on our website or using our Break Free Fitness app! Simply select “Book Now” to view the schedule of upcoming sessions you can choose from! You can book a spot up to 90 days in advance! The latest you can reserve your spot is 4 hours prior to the class start time, but don’t wait because class sizes are small and they can fill up!

What is your cancelation policy?

The latest you can cancel your reservation for a training session is 60 minutes prior to the class start time. After that, you will not be able to cancel. If you do not attend the training session, you will still be charged 1 class credit for the session and it will count against the total credits included in your membership.

Do I need to check in for every training session I attend?

Yes. We ask that everyone checks in using the app when they attend each training session. With location services on your phone, you can just open the app and it will automatically prompt you to check in from the home screen of the app when you are in the Break Free Fitness studio! We do this so that we know who actually shows up for the sessions they sign up for. And we also want to track how many sessions you attend so that we can celebrate your attendance milestones with you!
